Fact card and Decision tree join Blog Features

Two new blocks for your posts, and more room to work in Paper.

    • Fact card. A box of quick facts for a plant, a person, a product or a place, with icons, badges for what a reader must not miss, and tips.
    • Decision tree. Questions with clear answers that lead the reader to the right next step: which workout fits their equipment, or when to call the vet.
    • Both can be filled in from your post in a click, using only what the post says. Health, legal and money trees always carry a short note that they are general information.
    • Widen the side panel by dragging its edge, so long research and chats are easier to read beside your draft.

    Nine new Blog Features

Blocks your readers use right inside the post. Each one copies straight into WordPress, with no plugin to install.

    • Calculator. A formula the reader plays with, from a monthly savings plan to the paint for a room.
    • Compare options. Two to four options worked out with the reader's own figures, with the better one named.
    • Quick answer. The main question answered in 40 to 60 words under the title, easy for search engines to quote.
    • Jump To. Every section of the post as a link, so readers go straight to what they came for.
    • Listen to Post. The post read aloud in a natural voice, with chapters and an audio file to download.
    • Button, Disclaimer box, Pros and cons, Interactive checklist. Calls to act, clear disclosures, quick verdicts and steps readers tick off as they go.
    • Every block has a gallery of styles, can be designed for you by AI, and can copy a look you made on another block.

    Super Research

Find every gap in a live post

Refreshing a post now starts with a clear list of what to change.

    • Compare. Content Refresh compares your live post with the pages that rank, and lists every gap: what's missing, where it goes and how to fix it.
    • Google at a glance has a tab for each country you searched, each with its own AI Overview and how fresh its results are.
  4. Super Research

Research in more than one country

For posts that rank in several markets, see each one, then work from the pages you picked.

    • Search Google in several countries, pick pages from each, then lock the set before the research goes on.
    • Every search is made from the country's biggest city on its own Google, the same on desktop and mobile, so results stay steady from one search to the next. Change the city before you search if your readers are elsewhere.
  5. Site Metric

Site Metric: Search Console, made readable

How every post performs in Google search, with what to do about it in plain words.

    • Search Console numbers stored for every post, so every page opens at once.
    • Plain advice for each post. Keep it, refresh it, rewrite it or merge it, with the reason in its own numbers.
    • Declines explained. A Google update, a technical problem, a slow fade, or two of your posts competing for the same search.
    • Index status for every post, checked with Google, with what each state means and what to do.
    • Monitor a post after you change it, and see whether it improves against the rest of the site.
    • An overall report of all your sites added up, and folders to group the sites you look at together.
  6. Super ResearchWorkspace

    Notifications you control

Hear about what needs you, and less about everything else.

    • Choose alert, quiet or off for each group of notices, and set quiet hours.
    • Approve or decline a request right from the notice, and a burst of notices arrives as one line.
    • All research in one table. Search, filter and sort every research, with how far each one has come at a glance. Fast with hundreds.
  7. Saturday

    Super ResearchWorkspace

    Content Refresh

Bring a post that's already live back to the top.

    • Start a research from a live post, and its paper is linked to the research from the start.
    • Your post is marked in the search results, so you see where it ranks on desktop and on mobile.
    • Link previews. Links you share show a clean preview card that never gives away what's inside.
  8. Thursday

    PaperImagen

A Shared Gallery for your team

See the images your team makes, and more control over every paper.

    • Shared Gallery. Images you make are shared with your teams in one gallery, unless you switch it off.
    • Activity log. See who changed what, word by word, compare side by side and go back to any point.
    • Embeds and plugin blocks, like YouTube videos and recipe cards, come in whole when you import a post.
    • An HTML view of the paper that you can read and edit.
  9. Wednesday

    Blog FeaturesPaperWorkspace

    Write together, live

One paper, your whole team in it at the same time.

    • Live editing. Write in one paper at the same time as your team, with everyone's cursor in their own colour.
    • Interactive charts. Charts for posts in 33 types, with a still picture for search engines and for readers without JavaScript.
    • Share a folder of papers with a person, a team or everyone, and work in it together.
    • A stage for every paper: In progress, Needs review or Done.
    • Roles with permissions your admin sets, from who can invite people to who can answer requests.
  10. Blog FeaturesPaper

    On-page SEO checks in Paper

Check a post before it goes live, and review it with your team.

    • On-page SEO. Your keyword in the right places, headings, length, readability, links and alt text, each with what to do.
    • StylePrint. Reads a site's colours and fonts, so the blocks you build match the site they go on.
    • Comments. Comment on any words of a paper, reply and resolve. A comment stays with its words when the text around it changes.
    • A to-do list for every paper.
  11. Super Research

    What the post needs

Everything the research found, in one list a writer can act on.

    • Readers' questions, what the top pages do and where they fall short, merged into one list with no repeats.
    • A content plan written from it: the outline, what each section must cover and how long it should be.
  12. Saturday

    Super Research

See Google the way your readers do

The search results as they really look, and the three things to know about them first.

    • Search results drawn as Google shows them, on desktop and on mobile.
    • Google at a glance. Whether Google answers with an AI Overview, how fresh the results are, and where a phone's first result starts.
  13. PaperWorkspace

AI budgets, and how hard it thinks

Keep AI use in check, and choose speed or depth for each answer.

    • Set a monthly AI budget for each person and each feature. Every answer and picture is logged with who made it.
    • Pick how hard the AI thinks for each message, from a quick reply to a careful one.
  14. Imagen

    Image Studio

Pick the look of a picture instead of guessing at words.

    • 1,086 looks to choose from, from lighting to camera angle, each shown with a sample picture.
    • Magic prompt. Turns your choices into one clear description, so the picture comes out as you meant it.
  15. ImagenWorkspace

    ProfilePix and Teams

Portraits for author pages, and a simple way to work as a team.

    • ProfilePix. Realistic portraits for author pages, made from presets you save and reuse.
    • Teams. Create a team, ask to join one, and share your work with the whole team at once.
