what changes
More clients, without more tools
What usually grows with every new client, and what stays the same here.
01 · the problem
A login and a sheet per client
Each new client brings another set of tools, another report built by hand and another place to look when something breaks.
what changes
All clients in one place
Add every client's site once. Site Monitor reads each one every night, and Site Metric brings in each site's Search Console, even when every client uses a different Google account.
Site Monitor02 · the problem
Blocks that look pasted on
A calculator or a chart in the agency's own style looks out of place on every client's site.
what changes
Matched to each client's site
StylePrint reads a client's home page for its colours, fonts and shapes, and every Blog Feature can take them, so each block looks like it belongs there.
Blog Features03 · the problem
Reporting eats the week
Pulling clicks and positions for each client, then working out what changed, takes days every month.
what changes
Reports ready to read
Put a client's sites in a folder and get one report of their clicks, impressions and positions, the sites that gained and lost the most, and plain advice for every post on each site.
Site Metric
a day in the life
A day across your clients
One workspace, opened once, with every client a click away.
- 01Check
See what broke overnight
Start with the issues across every client site: broken links, missing alt text, noindex pages, each with its fix.
- 02Plan
Brief the next posts
Research each client's keywords from their own market and hand the brief to the writer on that client's team.
- 03Write
Write in the client's voice
Rewrite drafts in the client's author voice, and add Blog Features styled from the client's own site.
- 04Report
Open the client's folder
What went up, what went down, and what to do next for each post, from the client's own Search Console.

faq
Questions, answered
What agencies ask us most, in plain words.
Something else? Book a demo or write to us.
01Can each client's Search Console be on a different Google account?
Yes. An admin connects as many Google accounts as you need and links each site to its own property. Access to Google is read-only.
02Can we keep one client's work away from another client's team?
Yes. Everything belongs to the person who made it and is shared only with the people or teams they choose. Share a client's sites, papers and voices with that client's team alone.
03Do we install anything on client sites?
No. Site Monitor reads a WordPress site through its public REST API and writes nothing to it. Blog Features are plain HTML you paste into a post.
04What if a client's firewall blocks the nightly read?
The site's page names the firewall that turned us away and gives you a message for whoever manages the site, with exactly what to let through.
