Terms of Service

Content Made Better is a workspace for content teams: research, writing and editing, images, and watching how websites do in search. Accounts are made by invitation from a workspace admin or manager.

• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Give your real name and an email address you can read.
• Workspace admins manage accounts, roles and settings, and may change or end access for anyone in the workspace.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or upload or make content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes anyone’s rights;
• try to reach data or accounts you were not given, or to break or overload the app;
• add websites, or connect Google accounts, that you are not allowed to read or manage;
• use the app to send spam or to deceive people.

What you create or upload stays yours. You let us store, process and show it only as needed to run the app for you and the people you share it with, including sending it to the services listed in our Privacy Policy when you use the features that need them.

The app uses AI models to research, draft and make images. Their answers can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other people’s work. Check what they give you before you publish or rely on it: you are responsible for what you publish.

Some features connect to other services, such as Google Search Console. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them. You can disconnect a service at any time.

We improve the app all the time, so features may change or be removed. We try to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the app or its users at risk.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.

As far as the law allows, Content Made Better is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business, that come from using or not being able to use the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we tell workspace members in the app before it takes effect. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.
